Text Box: Welcome to the second edition of the CALVERTON CONNECTIONS newsletter. My name is Patricia Thornberg, please call me Pat. I have been a resident of Calverton for many years; my parents, my sister Barbara and her husband Ken Ryland, were among the original families who moved here in the 1960s. When I returned from North Carolina in the eighties with my son and daughter, Michael and Angela Williams, we joined our established Calverton family. Many of you may know our family through the activities in the Calverton community and the pool. It has also been my privilege to assist many of you with mortgage loans in my many years as a mortgage loan originator. For several years I have been in the Real Estate Business as a licensed Realtor with the Long and Foster Real Estate, Inc. office, located at Route 29 and Cherry Hill Road, on Prosperity Drive. I am focusing my efforts on serving my Calverton Text Box: neighbors and the nearby Beltsville areas. I am licensed to assist buyers/sellers of property in any Maryland county but my familiarity with our local communities and my additional knowledge of the mortgage business means that I can assist you further with my broad knowledge and contacts. I hope you will find this Newsletter a valuable source of information about real estate, mortgages, and other subjects such as health news and other consumer concerns and events.
