| My Resume and Experience:
I was born in the Metropolitan DC area and have lived in the Calverton
community
(Beltsville) for over 20 years. I
have worked with my neighbors and clients in my Loan Officer position
for many years. I am a licensed Realtor and I assist clients
in many areas of finding and purchasing their homes or investment
properties.
I have assisted many First-time
buyers in purchasing their First homes. I work closely with residents
in my
Calverton neighborhood and nearby
Beltsville and Silver Spring areas, including Prince George's and
Montgomery
Counties. My clients reside all across the
Metropolitan D.C. area, including Virginia. I have completed certification for Senior Specialist and Relocation Specialist and I work with investors with the 1031 Tax-deferred program. A Senior Specialist is qualified to mentor Senior clients in downsizing, relocating, or planning for reverse mortgages. A Relocation Specialist works with buyers or sellers who are moving into or out of Maryland. I once worked for a local Moving company so I know how to find a qualified mover locally or for out-of-state moves. Recently I also completed a course in "Staging Your Home" which teaches how to prepare and "decorate" your home for a positive and fast sale.
